WILLIAM MOORE BARN

History
The William Moore Barn, was located on Road 40 (So. of Ave. 400), and was dismantled and rebuilt at the Park.

1981
Cement and the concrete floor was poured.

Many small old hand tools and other miscellaneous items are exhibited. Barns of this style were in use for storing loose hay for feed to the animals in the center part with the horses and cows on one side or the other. The farmer put hay into mangers for the animals to feed from.
